What a partner cannot do
Worth knowing before you call anyone.
- Change Square’s pricing. Nobody can; it is published and the same for everyone.
- Override Square’s decisions about an account, a payout hold or a risk review. We can help you prepare the documents and escalate; Square decides.
- Touch your money. Square processes and pays out; we never hold funds.

Is there a partner fee?
No. Your statement shows Square’s published rates and plan prices and nothing else. We’re compensated through our partnership with Deposyt, an authorized Square reseller, not by you.
Is it a normal Square account?
Yes. It is created on Square, lives in your Square dashboard, pays out to your bank next business day, and comes with Square’s help center, chat and phone support exactly as a direct signup does.
Can I get a better rate through a partner than from Square?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is quoting a different product. Square publishes one price. What we can do is put you on the 4% program so your processing cost is 0%, and above $250k a year open the Square Pro custom-pricing conversation for you.
What if I decide later I don’t need a partner?
Nothing changes. The account was always yours, on Square. You simply stop calling us, though most people don’t.
